| O Best physician, | ya nia'-mat-tabeb | يَا نِعْمَ الطَّبِيبُ |
| O Best guardian, | ya nia'-mar-raqeb | يَا نِعْمَ الرَّقِيبُ |
| O Best near one, | ya nia'-mal-qareb | يَا نِعْمَ القَرِيبُ |
| O Best responder, | ya nia'-mal-mujeb | يَا نِعْمَ المُجِيبُ |
| O Best friend, | ya nia'-mal-habeb | يَا نِعْمَ الحَبِيبُ |
| O Best surety, | ya nia'-mal-kafel | يَا نِعْمَ الكَفِيلُ |
| O Best protector, | ya nia'-mal-wakel | يَا نِعْمَ الوَكِيلُ |
| O Best master, | ya nia'-mal-maw-la | يَا نِعْمَ المَوْلىَ |
| O Best helper. | ya nia'-man-naser | يَا نِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (52) O Joy of saints, | ya surural-a'arifen | (52) يَا سُرُورَ الْعَارِفِينَ |
| O Desire of friends. | ya munal-muhib-ben | يَا مُنَى الْمُحِبِّينَ |
| O Friend of seekers, | ya anesal-mureden | يَا أَنِيسَ الْمُرِيدِينَ |
| O Friend of penitents, | ya habebat-taw-waben | يَا حَبِيبَ التَّوَّابِينَ |
| O Provider of sustenance to the poor, | ya raziqal-muqil-len | يَا رَازِقَ الْمُقِلِّينَ |
| O Hope of sinners, | ya raja-al-mudhniben | يَا رَجَاءَ الْمُذْنِبِينَ |
| O Coolness of worshippers' eyes, | ya qur-rata `aynil-a'abiden | يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ الْعَابِدِينَ |
| O Remover Of sufferers' pain, | ya munaf-fisa `anil-mak-ruben | يَا مُنَفِّسَ عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ |
| O Dispeller of the sorrows of the sorrowful, | ya mufar-rija `anil-magh-mumen | يَا مُفَرِّجَ عَنِ الْمَغْمُومِينَ |
| O Allah of the first and the last generation. | ya ilahal-aw-walena wal-a-khiren | يَا إِلَهَ الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (53) O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: | allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika | (53) اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ |
| O our Lord, O our Allah, | ya rab-bana ya ilhana | يَا رَبَّنَا يَا إِلَهَنَا |
| O our Chief, O our Master, | ya say-yidana ya maw-lana | يَا سَيِّدَنَا يَا مَوْلانَا |
| O our Helper, O our Protector, | ya nasirana ya hafi¨ana | يَا نَاصِرَنَا يَا حَافِظَنَا |
| O our Guide, O our Aider, | ya dalelana ya mue'enana | يَا دَلِيلَنَا يَا مُعِينَنَا |
| O our Friend, O our Physician. | ya habebana ya tabebana | يَا حَبِيبَنَا يَا طَبِيبَنَا |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (54) O Lord of the prophets and the virtuous, | ya rab-ban-nabe-yena wal-ab-rar | (54) يَا رَبَّ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالأَبْرَارِ |
| O Lord of the righteous and chosen one, | ya rab-bas-sid-deqena wal-akh-yar | يَا رَبَّ الصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالأَخْيَارِ |
| O Lord of paradise and hell, | ya rab-bal-jan-nati wan-nar | يَا رَبَّ الجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ |
| O Lord of the small and the great, | ya rab-bas-sighari wal-kibar | يَا رَبَّ الصِّغَارِ وَالْكِبَارِ |
| O Lord of grains and fruits, | yarab-bal-hububi wath-thimar | يَا رَبَّ الْحُبُوبِ وَالثِّمَارِ |
| O Lord of canals and trees, | yarab-bal-an-hari wal-ash-jar | يَا رَبَّ الأَنْهَارِ وَالأَشْجَارِ |
| O Lord of forest and desert, | ya rab-bas-sahare wal-qifar | يَا رَبَّ الصَّحَارِي وَالْقِفَارِ |
| O Lord of lands and seas, | ya rab-bal-barare wal-bihari | يَا رَبَّ الْبَرَارِي وَالْبِحَارِ |
| O Lord of night and day, | ya rab-bal-layli wan-nahar | يَا رَبَّ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ |
| O Lord of the manifest and the hidden. | ya rab-bal-ia'-lani wal-is-rar | يَا رَبَّ الإِعْلاَنِ وَالإِسْرَارِ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (55) O He, Whose command operates in everything, | ya man-nafadha fe kul-li shay-in am-ruh | (55) يَا مَن نَّفَذَ فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء أَمْرُهُ |
| O He, Whose knowledge encompasses everything, | ya mallahiqa bikul-li shay-in i`il-muh | يَا مَن لَّحِقَ بِكُلِّ شَيٍْء عِلْمُهُ |
| O He, Whose control extends to everything, | ya mam balaghat ila kul-li shay-in qud-ratuh | يَا مَنْ بَلَغَتْ إِلَى كُلِّ شَيٍْء قُدْرَتُهُ |
| O He, Whose bounties cannot be counted by His slaves, | ya mal-la yuh-sil-i`ibadu nia'mah | يَا مَن لا يُحْصِي الْعِبَادُ نِعَمَهُ |
| O He, Whom His creatures cannot adequately thank, | ya mal-la tab-lughul-khala-iqu shuk-rah | يَا مَن لا تَبْلُغُ الْخَلائِقُ شُكْرَهُ |
| O He, Whose grandeur cannot be comprehended by the intellect, | ya mal-la tud-rikul-af-hamu jalalah | يَا مَن لا تُدْرِكُ الأَفْهَامُ جَلاَلَهُ |
| O He, Whose reality cannot be acquired by the imagination, | ya mal-la tanalul-aw-hamu kun-hah | يَا مَن لا تَنَالُ الأَوْهَامُ كُنْهَهُ |
| O He, Whose garb is majesty and greatness, | ya manil-a'¨amatu wal-kib-ri-ya-u rida-uh | يَا مَنِ الْعَظَمَةُ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءُ رِدَاؤُهُ |
| O He, Whose judgement cannot be reversed by His slave, | ya mal-la yarud-dul-i`ibadu qadha-ah | يَا مَن لا يَرُدُّ الْعِبَادُ قَضَاءَهُ |
| O He, Whose alone is the kingdom and no one else' | ya mal-la mul-ka illa mul-kuh | يَا مَن لا مُلْكَ إِلا مُلْكُهُ |
| O He, Whose alone is the gift and none else's, | ya mal-la `ata-a illa `ata-uh | يَا مَن لا عَطَاءَ إِلا عَطَاؤُهُ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (56) O He, for Whom are noblest examples, | ya mal-lahul-mathalul-a`a-la | (56) يَا مَن لَّهُ الْمَثَلُ الأَعْلَى |
| O He, for Whom are high attributes, | ya mal-lahus-sifatul-u'l-ya | يَا مَن لَّهُ الصِّفَاتُ الْعُلْيَا |
| O He, Who is the Master of the beginning and the end, | ya mal-lahul-a-khiratu wal-ula | يَا مَن لَّهُ الآخِرَةُ وَالأُولَى |
| O He, Who is the Master of the abode of paradise, | ya mal-lahu jan-natul-ma-wa | يَا مَن لَّهُ جَنَّةُ الْمَأْوَى |
| O He, for Whom are great signs, | ya mal-lahul-a-yatul-kub-ra | يَا مَن لَّهُ الآيَاتُ الْكُبْرَى |
| O He, for Whom are beautiful names, | ya mal-lahul-as-ma-ul-hus-na | يَا مَن لَّهُ الأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى |
| O He, for Whom is order and judgement, | ya mal-lahul-huk-mu wal-qadha-u | يَا مَن لَّهُ الْحُكْمُ وَالْقَضَاءُ |
| O He, Who rules over the atmosphere and the expanse, | ya mal-lahul-hawa-u wal-fadha-u | يَا مَن لَّهُ الْهَوَاءُ وَالْفَضَاءُ |
| O He, Whose is the Lordship of the highest heaven and the earth, | ya mal-lahul-a'r-shu wath-thara | يَا مَن لَّهُ الْعَرْشُ وَالثَّرَى |
| O He, Who is the Master of the high heavens. | ya mallahus-samawatul-u'la | يَا مَن لَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ الْعُلَى |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |

| O Pardoner, O Forgiver, | ya `afu-wu ya ghafur | يَا عَفُوُّ يَا غَفُورُ |
| O Patient, O Greatest appreciator (of good), | ya saburu ya shakur | يَا صَبُورُ يا شَكُورُ |
| O Kind, O Sympathetic, | ya ra’ufu ya `atuf | يَا رَؤُوفُ يَا عَطُوفُ |
| O Besought, O Friend, | ya mas-ulu ya wadud | يَا مَسْؤُولُ يَا وَدُودُ |
| O Most Glorified, O Most Holy. | ya sub-buhu ya qud-dus | يَا سُبُّوحُ يَا قُدُّوسُ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (58) O He, Whose greatness is in the heavens, | ya man fis-sama-i `a¨amatuh | (58) يَا مَن فِي السَّماءِ عَظَمَتُهُ |
| O He, Whose signs are on the earth, | ya man fil-ar-dhi a-yatuh | يَا مَن فِي الأَرْضِ آيَاتُهُ |
| O He, Whose proofs are manifest in everything, | ya man fe kul-li shay-in dala-iluh | يَا مَن فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء دَلائِلُهُ |
| O He, Whose wonders are in the seas, | ya man fil-bihari `aja-ibuh | يَا مَن فِي الْبِحَارِ عَجَائِبُهُ |
| O He, Whose treasures are in the mountains, | ya man fel-jibali khaza-inuh | يَا مَن فِي الْجِبَالِ خَزَائِنُهُ |
| O He, Who originated Creation which then returns to Him, | ya may-yabdaul-khal-qa thumma yue'eduh | يَا مَن يَّبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ |
| O He, towards Whom is the return of every matter, | ya man ilayhi yar-jiu'l-am-ru kul-luh | يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُ الأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ |
| O, Whose Kindness is evident in everything, | ya man a¨hara fe kul-li shayil-lut-fah | يَا مَنْ أَظْهَرَ فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء لُّطْفَهُ |
| O He, Who makes best everything which He has created, | ya man ah-sana kul-la shay-in khal-qah | يَا مَنْ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيٍْء خَلَقَهُ |
| O He, Whose authority is wielded over all creatures. | ya man tasar-rafa fil-khala-iqi qud-ratuh | يَا مَن تَصَرَّفَ فِي الْخَلائِقِ قُدْرَتُهُ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (59) O Friend of he who has no friend, | ya habeba mal-la habeba lah | (59) يَا حَبِيبَ مَن لا حَبِيبَ لَهُ |
| O Physician of he who has no physician, | ya tabeba mal-la tabeba lah | يَا طَبِيبَ مَن لا طَبِيبَ لَهُ |
| O Responder to he who has no responder, | ya mujeba mal-la mujeba lah | يَا مُجِيبَ مَن لا مُجِيبَ لَهُ |
| O Affectionate One to he whom none hold in affection, | ya shafeqa mal-la shafeqa lah | يَا شَفِيقَ مَن لا شَفِيقَ لَهُ |
| O Friend of he who has no friend, | ya rafeqa mal-la rafeqa lah | يَا رَفِيقَ مَن لا رَفِيقَ لَهُ |
| O Helper of he who has no help, | ya mughetha mal-la mughetha lah | يَا مُغِيثَ مَن لا مُغِيثَ لَهُ |
| O Guide of he who has no guide, | ya dalela mal-la dalela lah | يَا دَلِيلَ مَن لا دَلِيلَ لَهُ |
| O Associate of the forlorn, | ya anesa mal-la anesa lah | يَا أَنِيسَ مَن لا أَنِيسَ لَهُ |
| O Merciful One towards he on whom no one has mercy, | ya rahima mal-la rahima lah | يَا رَاحِمَ مَن لا رَاحِمَ لَهُ |
| O Companion of he who has no companion. | ya sahiba mal-la sahiba lah | يَا صَاحِبَ مَن لا صَاحِبَ لَهُ |
| Praise be to You, there is no god but You, | subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta | سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ |
| [I beseech you for] relief, relief, relief | al-ghawth al-ghawth al-ghawth | الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ |
| Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. | khallisna minan-nari ya rabb | خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ. |
| (60) O Sufficer for those who seek sufficiency, | ya kafiya manis-tak-fah | (60) يَا كَافِي مَنِ اسْتَكْفَاهُ |
| O Guide for those who seek guidance, | ya hadiya manis-tah-dah | يَا هَادِي مَنِ اسْتَهْدَاهُ |
| O Protector for those who seek protection, | ya kalia manis-tak-lah | يَا كَاِلئَ مَنِ اسْتَكْلاَهُ |
| O Granter for concession to those who seek concession, | ya rae'ea manis-tar-a'ah | يَا رَاعِي مَنِ اسْتَرْعَاهُ |
| O Healer for those who seek cure, | ya shafiya manis-tash-fah | يَا شَافِي مَنِ اسْتَشْفَاهُ |
| O Just One for those who seek justice, | ya qadhiya manis-taq-dhah | يَا قَاضِي مَنِ اسْتَقْضَاهُ |
| O Bestower of wealth for those who seek wealth, | ya mugh-niya manis-tagh-nah | يَا مُغْنِي مَنِ اسْتَغْنَاهُ |
| O Fulfiller of promises for those who seek fulfillment, | ya mufiya manis-taw-fah | يَا مُوفِي مَنِ اسْتَوْفَاهُ |
| O Granter of strength for those who seek strength, | ya muqaw-wiya manis-taq-wah | يَا مُقَوِّي مَنِ اسْتَقْوَاهُ |
| O Aider of those who seek aid. | ya wale-ya manis-taw-lah | يَا وَلِيَّ مَنِ اسْتَوْلاهُ |
