Safar 28 is the Demise Anniversary of Master of Prophets, Seal of Messengers, Brother of Commander of Faithful Ali (AS), Father of the Mistress of the Women of World Fatimah Zahra (SA), Grandfather of Chiefs of Youths of Paradise Hasnayn (AS), Holy Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). Here are some quotes of holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) after extending condolences to the Imam of Era Baqiyatollah (AS) on the sad demise of his grandfather Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h):
1- Keep yourselves far from envy, because it eats up and takes away good actions, like the fire that eats up and burns wood.
2- Whoever suppresses his anger, when he has in his power to show it, God will give him a great reward.
3- He is not strong and powerful, who throws people down, but he is strong who withholds himself from anger.
4- He who wishes to enter Paradise must please his father and mother.
5- A man giving in alms one piece of silver in his lifetime is better for him than giving one hundred when about to die.
6- To meet friends cheerfully and invite them to a feast are charitable acts.
7- To extend consideration towards neighbors and send them presents are charitable acts.
8- No one who keeps his mind focused entirely upon himself, can grow large, strong and beautiful in character.
9- Whoever loves to meet God, God loves to meet him.
10- The five stated prayers erase the sins which have been committed during the intervals between them if they have not been mortal sins.
11- The love of the world is the root of all evils.
12- Wealth properly employed is a blessing; and a man may lawfully endeavor to increase it by honest means.
